Every semester my former Vistage CEO member Bruce Leech, now Executive Director of the Coleman Entrepreneurial Center at DePaul University in Chicago, asks me to present to his senior year students. It’s immensely rewarding and fun to be with them, all those amazing and bright and energized people. They are at a critical point in their lives, as the non-academic world is just a short time away and they really want to know how to succeed.

This year the coronavirus caused the cancellation of in-person classes nationwide. That required us to alter what we do, so we decided that a simple video conversation about important parts of leadership would be best. It’s offered here for your benefit.
