Empathy: What a Concept!

Reading time: 31 seconds

Speakers bring messages that suggest that if you follow their ideas they will lead you to success.  But with so many different messages from so many offerings, the directions don’t always align, leading to a “flavor of the month” confusion for people in your company.  I run that risk, too, with my Fully Alive Leadership© workshops.  So, what will you do in order to create sustainable success?

Clearly, you do lots of the right things.  And it’s likely that every one of those right things has a people component to it and that’s the connector for everything.

Have a look at:

Yes, you have great ideas.  And absolutely no one who looks to you for leadership cares about that until they know you care about them.  Put another way, their view is, “Good for you.  What’s in it for me?”

Want their A-game?  Try empathy.  What a concept!
